my goal of 1000 miles in 2008 I needed to run 50 miles between now and the
end of the month.
Had a vague plan to run 10 miles but ended up with 7 miles.
Ran the loop around the Stanford campus which was a nice run. Will probably
do that on Wednesday as well.
If I find that I am anxious, a long run makes me less so. Which in the long
term is way better than my previous methods.
It also helps me sleep better. As I have said before, its a reverse
hangover.
So now I am down to 43 miles between June 18th and the 30th. (I think I will
give it a rest tomorrow)
For dinner I made red peppers and cauliflower with a base of Olive Oil,
Garlic, Peanut butter and various spices. Cooking with loads of garlic right
now but I guess it was better when everything had Old Bay. It seems they are
pushing Old Bay on the side of Buses and such.
Had a dream where I was selling my LP's. I know my readership loves hearing
about my dreams.
I am also trying to get the code for Virgin America. I think I would like
the non harsh lighting on their airplanes. Not a fan of the lighting in many
places.
