The middle of 2015
Reflecting back on running which reflects on other areas.
So far ran 126 times for 623 miles at a pace of 8:57.
Glad I got the Garmin 620.

Got off of my nutrition game and not too thrilled with my current weight
but need to avoid booze, beer, wine, deserts, ice cream etc
Need to get from around 253 to around 225.

Among other things it would make running, WAY easier.

Ran two half marathons both at around 2:07.
At 225, at the whole 2 seconds per mile faster per LB, I could run a half
in 1:54 fairly easily.
