Day 1 FMD 239

So my start weight is 239 which is actually 1 pound less than my drivers
license.
As far as results, I would be THRILLED at 229.
The book says you could lose up to 20 pounds in 28 days but I think that is
ambitious.

On this program you drink a lot of water. The equation is 1 ounce of water
for every 2 pounds, so that means 120 ounces of water.

You are not allowed coffee which is probably going to be the greatest
challenge.

Had oatmeal, blueberries, loads of veggies, chicken, rice, broccoli,
pineapple and spinach.

Tomorrow will have bison instead of chicken. Need to remember to defrost.
