Goal 2:00 220

After Heather and I were finished with the half was happy with my time (2
and a half minutes faster than the easier Kaiser).
Heather said she wants to get under 2:00.

Based on the whole lose 1 lb makes you 2 seconds faster per mile, losing 24
lbs between now and November 4th will be enough to make a sub 2:00 half
marathon doable.

That works out to 2 pounds per week for 13 weeks.
