Day 13 of Fast Metabolism Diet

Staying on the dietary plan (Day 2 of Phase 3) but did join the run group
for a run through the park.
I was really happy with the first half of my run, especially the 1st two
miles which I ran at 8:11.

The two biggest barriers to me getting faster is my weight and my mind.
Losing six pounds in the last 13 days has made a big difference.
