Running goal and doing things differently

In the interest of keeping things interesting, I have chosen a new running
goal for the month of March.
Run one day. OK, that sounds lame and stupid but what the goal is, is to run
a total of 24 hours over the course of the next 31 days.

In January I ran a total of 18:27.
Ran about 65 minutes today.

Have been running much better this year compared to other years. Here are a
couple things that I think have been good
1) Icing my legs in an unheated pool after runs when possible
2) Foam Rolling and more stretching/flexibility focus
3) Oatmeal with peanut flour & banana before run, almonds & chocolate milk
after
4) Not drinking in January and February.
5) Good weather
